Healthy not healthy. Everything in moderation, right?

It’s as good as it looks.
I love this café. They are an offshoot of an organization that helps rehabilitate the physically handicapped and do job training and placement right in the restaurant. Many of the employees ride the paratransit service I work for, and I know a lot of them by name. They’re doing a great service for the community and I am happy to spend my money here, even rounding up my check to support their endeavors.

Looks great, except for the tomatoes. And change those black olives to green.

Tomatoes were fine; do you not like tomatoes? It’s a Cobb salad, so they were expected.
I’ve become a bit of an olive snob, and now the only variety I can eat are Castelvetrano. Thankfully Costco enables my addiction with big-ass jars on the cheap, and I usually have at least a couple of them in the house at any given time.

I can’t stand raw tomatoes. I wish I could, because it would make life so much easier. Black olives are ok, I just like green ones better in a salad.
I think you’re going to be responsible for me having a salad for lunch, LOL.

I grew up with a crazy gardener for a mother and we always had tomato plants. I would just walk into the yard and grab one and eat it like an apple. Love those things. And at our previous house we had a little orchard on the third level of the back yard with 23 different fruit trees. A snack was just right there waiting for you anytime you needed one.
